Bocina Homes has also ventured into commercial construction.  Hillsborough Centre, pictured left, is a 100,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center that was completed in 1995.  A new upscale center, Riverwalk Village in Bernards Township (bottom) features 50,000 square feet of retail stores and offices, and Gateway East in Warren offers 21,000 square feet of stores and offices.  In addition to these larger projects, Bruce also purchases and renovates individual investment properties in the Somerset Hills area.
